Return

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 90 days of receipt, as we offer a 90 day guarantee.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components and the packaging has arrived to us exactly as the product was shipped to you.

2. Shipping charges to return the item(s) are your responsibility.

3. A return will be processed within 7 working days from our receipt of the item(s). If the conditions herein are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

*Please note that refunds will not be issued for returned items that are poorly packaged/not packaged and/or arrive damaged as a result of insufficient protection during return shipping. 

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the item(s) were intentionally damaged.

 *Any issues that occur once the order is shipped (courier strikes, delays, etc.) is not our responsibility. We have the right to refuse a refund if the order is delayed for any reason beyond our control.

*Please Note: To ensure the best experience with AeroPure, it's essential that the device is set up correctly and used for at least 1–2 weeks. We’re here to help every step of the way— customers are expected to communicate with us during this period so we can assist in optimizing performance. AeroPure is designed to deliver real results, but only if given a real chance. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline refund requests if there is no reasonable evidence that proper setup and usage efforts were made.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

All refunds will be issued using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, without exception.

Refunds are processed minus the original shipping fees. In the event we shipped you the item for free, we will deduct our shipping fees from the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to do the following to initiate the returns process.

-Send an email to: support@aeropurecanada.com

-Make sure the email contains the following:

Order number

Reason for the return request

Photo of the product in case of breakage

First name + last name of the customer

Address of the customer

We will reply with the return shipping address.

Never send the return to the original sender. We will send you the correct address per above. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

In order to guarantee you the fastest possible return, we require you to send us shipping confirmation and related information.
